1. 耐磨性能優(yōu)異，使用壽命長(cháng)
經(jīng)中南大學(xué)粉末冶金研究所測定，特種陶瓷的耐磨性相當于錳鋼的266倍，高鉻鑄鐵的171.5倍。根據的現場(chǎng)運行經(jīng)驗，皮帶機陶瓷滾筒、輸送帶陶瓷滾筒耐用時(shí)間至少5年以上，減少維修頻次和費用。
實(shí)踐證明，陶瓷滾筒使用壽命是傳統包膠滾筒的10倍以上。
2. 摩擦阻力大，不打滑
傳統橡膠防磨層經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間磨損后，表面變得光滑，易造成皮帶打滑跑偏。陶瓷片表面有凸點(diǎn)，粗糙度高，陶瓷與皮帶相互接觸之間摩擦系數大，所以連續作業(yè)不易打滑及跑邊。
3. 陶瓷粘接牢固
在施工過(guò)程中，用高強度陶瓷金屬粘合劑將襯板粘到金屬筒體后，相互擠緊，使之沒(méi)有間隙；同時(shí)陶瓷與滾筒接觸面有獨特的“燕尾槽”設計，陶瓷與滾筒間粘膠厚度確保1mm以上，粘接剪切強度確保12Mpa以上，確保不發(fā)生陶瓷片脫落現象。
4. 安裝簡(jiǎn)便
施工工藝成熟、簡(jiǎn)便、周期短。在鋼結構做好后，一個(gè)安裝工人1天內一般可完成一臺陶瓷滾筒包膠的安裝，不耽誤客戶(hù)生產(chǎn)，方便用戶(hù)及時(shí)投入生產(chǎn)。
5. 每列陶瓷間的溝槽，便于排水排泥
